Apply for an Account
In order for you to check out books and videos and to use our online resources, you will need to have a valid library account. Library accounts are available at no charge to all residents of the Lincoln and Woodstock. We also offer temporary library memberships to non-residents for a refundable $50 cash fee.
Stop by during our operating hours to apply in-person. Make sure to bring proof of residence.
